How do I use my Ticket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please print out the email or show it to us on your mobile phone to gain entry to the event/activity you have booked.

Do you issue refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In event of cancellation due to weather refunds are at the discretion of the management team.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a ticket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, show your confirmation email via a phone device, alternatively make note of your ticket reference number and give to reception

I have purchased a family ticket, what does that allow?

Please check event and ticket type as the numbers per ticket may vary. Alternatively call the centre for more information on 01908 246599.

What is the age for a child ticket?

A child ticket covers someone from 0-16 years. 

I have purchased tickets for a children’s event, can I leave my children and return when the event ends?

No, our events require at least one parent or guardian to remain with their children throughout the duration of the event/activity.

Is there wheelchair access and is the activity/event suitable for wheelchair users?

Wheelchair accessibility varies according to venue and activity.  Please check activity/event details for specific accessibility information.

Is there blue badge parking?

Willen Lake offers ample blue badge parking spaces, parking charges still apply. Please see signage in the relevant car park. Blue badges must be displayed.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Tickets can be purchased on the day at each activity area, or online in advance.

Can I bring pets to the event?

No pets allowed. All assistance dogs are welcome.

Will the event go ahead even if it’s raining?

Yes, the majority of events can take place in most weather conditions, please come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear.

Is smoking or vaping allowed at the event?

Smoking is prohibited in all activity areas. We do also encourage customers to refrain from vaping in all children’s areas.
